Tuy nhiên, các đợt không khí lạnh chủ yếu gây mưa rào và giông tại miền Bắc chứ không làm nhiệt độ giảm sâu. Còn ở phía nam, trong tháng 3 nắng nóng tiếp tục duy trì ở khu vực Đông Nam bộ. </p> <p>Dự báo đến cuối tháng 3, nắng nóng có thể xuất hiện ở Tây Bắc bộ và vùng núi phía tây khu vực Bắc Trung bộ.</p> <p>Cũng theo ông Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, hiện tại ENSO ở trạng thái La Nina nhưng sẽ nhanh chóng chuyển sang trạng thái trung tính (xác suất 80 – 90%) trong 3 tháng tới. Dự báo cuối năm nay, ENSO có khả năng chuyển hẳn sang trạng thái El Nino.</p> <p>Trung tâm Dự báo khí tượng thủy văn quốc gia nhận định, bão và áp thấp nhiệt đới trong tháng 4 – tháng 7 hoạt động ở mức tương đương trung bình nhiều năm. Sang tháng 8 – tháng 12, số lượng bão, áp thấp nhiệt đới có khả năng thấp hơn trung bình nhiều năm. Dự báo trên Biển Đông sẽ có dưới 10 cơn bão và dưới 4 cơn đổ bộ đất liền.</p> <p>Dù số lượng bão năm 2026 dự báo thấp hơn trung bình nhiều năm, nhưng nguy cơ xuất hiện các cơn bão mạnh, sức tàn phá lớn vẫn rất cao. Bão tập trung ở miền Bắc (tháng 8 – tháng 9), sau đó dịch chuyển vào miền Trung, phía nam (tháng 9 – tháng 12). </p> <p>Theo đó, ngành nông nghiệp cần chủ động gia cố hạ tầng, sẵn sàng phương án tiêu úng và kế hoạch “thu hoạch sớm” để giảm thiểu thiệt hại trước thiên tai.</p> <h2>Nắng nóng từ tháng 4, gay gắt hơn năm 2025</h2> <p>Cũng theo ông Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, năm 2026 nắng nóng xuất hiện sớm, từ tháng 4 và có nhiều đợt nắng nóng gay gắt hơn so với năm 2025.</p> <p>Cụ thể, từ tháng 4, nắng nóng tăng cường độ, mở rộng sang Tây nguyên và miền Tây Nam bộ, sau đó giảm dần. Từ Thanh Hóa đến Huế, nắng nóng có khả năng xuất hiện từ tháng 4. Từ tháng 5 đến tháng 8, nắng nóng mở rộng ra toàn bộ Bắc bộ và Trung bộ và suy giảm từ tháng 9.</p> <p>Do ảnh hưởng của pha nóng, khu vực phía nam có xu hướng ít mưa hơn vào những tháng cuối năm. Dự báo mưa trái mùa ít có khả năng xuất hiện ở Nam bộ trong nửa đầu tháng 4. Mùa mưa sẽ bắt đầu đầu vào khoảng cuối tháng 4 (Tây nguyên) và vào tháng 5 (Nam bộ và Bắc bộ). Các đợt mưa lớn diện rộng trong năm ở mức xấp xỉ đến thấp hơn trung bình nhiều năm.</p> <p>Khu vực Nam bộ, Trung bộ đối mặt nguy cơ hạn hán, xâm nhập mặn do mưa thấp hơn trung bình nhiều năm. Dự báo xâm nhập mặn đạt đỉnh vào các đợt 19 – 23.3 và 30.3 – 5.4. Để bảo vệ cây trồng, các địa phương cần chủ động tích trữ nước hệ thống thủy lợi, điều chỉnh lịch thời vụ và ưu tiên giống chịu hạn, tưới tiết kiệm.</p> </p></div> <p class="source"> <a
