Sáng 26-2, báo cáo tại Hội nghị trực tuyến toàn quốc về công tác bầu cử, Phó chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM Nguyễn Mạnh Cường nêu rõ thành phố đã tập trung vào triển khai thực hiện theo đúng tinh thần chỉ đạo của Bộ Chính trị, chỉ thị của Thủ tướng, các nghị quyết của Hội đồng Bầu cử quốc gia.

</p> <p>Đến nay công tác triển khai thực hiện của thành phố và các địa phương đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu.</p> <h2>Tập trung triển khai các nhiệm vụ quan trọng cho bầu cử</h2> <p>Về thực hiện các đơn vị bầu cử và số lượng bầu cử, đến thời điểm này, thành phố đã hoàn thành các nội dung công bố danh sách ứng cử viên tại các đơn vị bầu cử đại biểu Quốc hội, HĐND TP và HĐND của các xã ở trên địa bàn của thành phố đảm bảo đúng quy định.</p> <p>Đối với nội dung liên quan đến tiếp xúc cử tri, thành phố đang tập trung triển khai thực hiện việc tiếp xúc cử tri, vận động bầu cử, thực hiện ghi hình ứng cử viên, in ấn, gửi hồ sơ về tiểu sử, chương trình hành động đến các khu dân cư và các địa phương theo yêu cầu.</p> <p></p> <p>Hôm nay (26-2), TP.HCM thực hiện bầu cử sớm tại 4 khu vực ở các phường Tam Thắng, Phước Thắng, xã Long Sơn do các yêu cầu điều kiện thực hiện nhiệm vụ của các đơn vị ở trên địa bàn này.</p> <p>Qua theo dõi thông tin từ các đơn vị thực hiện việc bỏ phiếu sớm tại 4 tổ bầu cử, đến thời điểm này đã đảm bảo thực hiện thành công tốt đẹp theo đúng tinh thần chỉ đạo của Hội đồng Bầu cử quốc gia.</p> <p>Hiện thành phố tập trung các nhiệm vụ tuyên truyền liên quan đến công tác bầu cử, thực hiện lan tỏa sâu rộng đến các tầng lớp nhân dân.</p> <p>Ông Cường nhấn mạnh việc tuyên truyền vận động bầu cử của các ứng cử viên để thực hiện công tác bầu cử đúng yêu cầu.</p> <p>Về nhiệm vụ từ nay đến ngày bầu cử 15-3, TP.HCM sẽ tiếp tục tập trung thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu, và đến thời điểm hiện tại công tác chuẩn bị bầu cử trên địa bàn không phát sinh vướng mắc.</p> <figure class="cai_img" type="Photo" > <div><img decoding="async" data-author="" src="https://baolacai.net/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Pho-chu-tich-UBND-TPHCM-thong-tin-ve-4-diem.jpg" id="img_208772295326191616" w="1200" h="798" alt="Phó chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM thông tin về 4 điểm tổ chức bầu cử sớm - Ảnh 3." title="Phó chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM thông tin về 4 điểm tổ chức bầu cử sớm 2" rel="lightbox" photoid="208772295326191616" data-original="https://cdn2.tuoitre.vn/471584752817336320/2026/2/26/z616760-1772079481148826254531.jpg" type="photo" width="1200" height="798" loading="lazy"></div><figcaption class="cai_description_img"> <p data-placeholder="Nhập chú thích ảnh" class="">Quang cảnh hội nghị trực tuyến toàn quốc – Ảnh: GIA HÂN</p> </figcaption></figure> <p>Trước đó, Phó chủ tịch thường trực HĐND TP Hà Nội Trần Thế Cương cho biết đến hôm nay, công tác chuẩn bị bầu cử của thành phố đã hoàn thành các bước theo kế hoạch, sẵn sàng cho ngày bầu cử 15-3.</p> <p>Nhiệm kỳ 2026-2031, Hà Nội dự kiến bầu 32 đại biểu Quốc hội, 125 đại biểu HĐND TP và 3.164 đại biểu HĐND cấp xã tại 126 xã, phường. Tổng số cử tri trên địa bàn là 6.061.171 người.</p> <p>Thành phố đã thành lập, kiện toàn Ủy ban Bầu cử các cấp đúng thời hạn; ban hành 186 văn bản lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn…</p> <p>Đồng thời tiếp tục rà soát, niêm yết danh sách cử tri; đẩy mạnh tuyên truyền; ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin; xây dựng phương án bảo đảm an ninh, an toàn tuyệt đối…</p> <div class="cai_box_reviewalignCenter" sớm</h2> <p>Trình bày báo cáo của Chính phủ, Bộ trưởng Bộ Nội vụ Đỗ Thanh Bình cho biết đến nay các địa phương đã hoàn thành việc lập và niêm yết danh sách cử tri theo đúng quy định của Luật Bầu cử. </p> <p class="p1">Việc lập, quản lý, rà soát và niêm yết danh sách cử tri, in thẻ cử tri được thực hiện thống nhất trên phần mềm quản lý cử tri do Bộ Công an triển khai trên toàn quốc, gắn với khai thác, sử dụng Cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về dân cư. </p> <p class="p1">Theo báo cáo của các địa phương, tính đến nay tổng số cử tri là 73.457.255 người.</p> <p class="p2">Bộ trưởng nhấn mạnh việc rà soát toàn bộ các nhiệm vụ còn lại, phân công rõ trách nhiệm, rõ tiến độ, rõ kết quả; tăng cường kiểm tra, đôn đốc, tuyệt đối không được chủ quan, lơ là trong bất kỳ khâu nào, nhất là trong giai đoạn cao điểm từ ngày 1-3 đến ngày bầu cử 15-3.</p> <p>Chính phủ cũng nhấn mạnh việc tổ chức chặt chẽ việc bỏ phiếu sớm và chuẩn bị phương án ứng phó tình huống đặc thù (triển khai theo phương án bỏ phiếu sớm đã được phê duyệt và hoàn tất trước ngày 15-3).</p> <p>Theo đó, với các địa bàn được phép bỏ phiếu sớm, tổ chức thực hiện đúng thời gian, đúng quy định; bảo đảm quản lý, niêm phong, bảo quản hòm phiếu, tài liệu bầu cử tuyệt đối an toàn đến thời điểm kiểm phiếu chung. </p> <p>Đồng thời rà soát, hoàn thiện phương án ứng phó thiên tai, thời tiết bất lợi, mất điện, gián đoạn thông tin, sự cố kỹ
