Sáng 10.1, Thi hành án dân sự (THADS) TP.HCM tổ chức hội nghị triển khai thực hiện chỉ tiêu, nhiệm vụ công tác THADS, và thi hành án hành chính năm 2026.

Ông Được cho biết đã giao cho Phó chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM Nguyễn Văn Bảy và đề nghị THADS TP.HCM chủ động phối hợp, tham mưu cho UBND TP thực hiện. </p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-13">Theo báo cáo của THADS TP.HCM, trong năm 2025, tổng số bản án, quyết định có nội dung theo dõi thi hành án hành chính là 420 bản án. Lãnh đạo Bộ Tư pháp đánh giá cao kết quả, nỗ lực của THADS TP.HCM vừa hoàn thành nhiệm vụ, giải quyết các vụ án lớn, vừa thực hiện sắp xếp, tinh gọn bộ máy…</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-18">Ông Khôi đề nghị THADS TP.HCM tiếp tục kế thừa kết quả mà THADS thành phố <span >đã đạt được và nỗ lực hơn nữa trong năm 2026; làm sao để việc thi hành án nhanh hơn, người dân, doanh nghiệp hài lòng hơn; kiểm tra, giám sát để không xảy ra vi phạm, lạm quyền.</span></p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-19">Thứ trưởng Bộ Tư pháp cho biết đối với án hành chính trên địa bàn TP.HCM còn nhiều bản án chưa được thi hành, trong đó trên 200 bản án hành chính mà đối tượng thi hành án là UBND, lãnh đạo UBND cấp xã (UBND cấp xã kế thừa sau khi sáp nhập) chưa được thi hành, là thách thức rất lớn, cần sự chỉ đạo của các cấp.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-20">Ông Nguyễn Văn Hòa, Trưởng THADS TP.HCM, khẳng định sẽ nghiêm túc tiếp thu chỉ đạo của Chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM và Thứ trưởng Mai Lương Khôi. Đồng thời, ông Nguyễn Văn Hòa mong sẽ tiếp tục nhận được sự quan tâm, phối hợp, chia sẻ của các sở, ban, ngành; cơ quan T.Ư đối với cơ quan thi hành án để ngành thi hành án TP.HCM tiếp tục đạt được thành tích về nhiệm vụ chuyên môn cũng như nhiệm vụ chính trị được giao.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-21">Cùng ngày, lãnh đạo Bộ Tư pháp cũng trao bằng khen cho nhiều tập thể, cá nhân.</p>
