Xét Xử 11 Bị Cáo 'khiêng Quan Tài Trước Chợ Bến Thành' để PR Bán Hàng

Chiều nay 10.2, TAND khu vực 1 TP.HCM sẽ xét xử sơ thẩm 11 bị cáo liên quan vụ khiêng quan tài trước chợ Bến Thành, TP.HCM, xảy ra hồi tháng 3.2025.

Khi nào chụp quảng cáo, Tuấn sẽ yêu cầu Thẩm sẽ chở lên TPHCM.</p> <p>Bị cáo Nguyễn Đăng Khoa đã đến studio trên đường Huyền Trân Công Chúa, TP.HCM thuê với giá 4 tiếng 1,3 triệu đồng để quay clip, chụp ảnh quan tài vào ngày 25.2. Tuấn đã thuê 2 mẫu ảnh; thuê Lại Hoàng Thiên Phúc để chụp ảnh, quay phim với giá 1 triệu đồng…</p> <p>Khoảng 10 giờ sáng ngày 25.2, Tuấn và các bị cáo khác có mặt tại studio theo kế hoạch. Thẩm cùng với các bị cáo Hùng Cường, Quốc Cường, Sơn, Ràng và Nghĩa lái xe tang lễ chở quan tài đến giao cho Tuấn. Tuấn đưa 5 áo khoác có mẫu thiết kế cần quảng cáo cho họ để mặc vào rồi khiêng quan tài để chụp ảnh. </p> <h2>Khiêng quan tài “diễu phố” để quảng cáo, bán quần áo</h2> <p>Khoảng 2 giờ chiều 25.2, sau khi chụp ảnh xong, Tuấn yêu cầu nhóm của Thẩm khiêng quan tài đi bộ dưới lòng đường Huyền Trân Công Chúa hướng ngược chiều ra đường Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai rồi khiêng quay về lại trước studio để quay clip, quãng đường khiêng quan tài khoảng 200 m. Sau đó nhóm của Thẩm để quan tài lên lại xe tang lễ rồi ra về. Tuấn cùng những người khác đến một quán cà phê để xem lại ảnh, clip.</p> <p>Cảm thấy chưa hài lòng với clip đã quay, Tuấn bàn với Khoa, Quyết, Xuân đưa quan tài trở lại trước chợ Bến Thành để quay clip lại. Tuấn gọi Thẩm trở lại khu vực chợ Bến Thành để tiếp tục khiêng quan tài cho Tuấn quay clip và hứa trả thêm tiền công.</p> <p>Đến khoảng 3 giờ chiều 25.2, Thẩm chở quan tài quay lại trước giao lộ Lê Lai – Phạm Hồng Thái – Trương Định, phường Bến Thành. Tuấn đưa áo cho nhóm của Thẩm mặc rồi cho họ khiêng quan tài đi bộ dưới lòng đường Lê Lai hướng về giao lộ Lê Lai – Trần Hưng Đạo, băng qua đèn xanh đèn đỏ, hướng về trước cửa Nam chợ Bến Thành, rồi quay lại trước cửa Nam Chợ Bến Thành ra đường Lê Lai hướng về tới giao lộ Lê Lai – Phan Chu Trinh. Sau đó Thẩm chở quan tài về Long An (cũ) cất.</p> <p>Trưa 1.3.2025, Tuấn đăng tải đoạn clip 4 người khiêng quan tài để thu hút lượt xem và quảng cáo bán áo.
